i found loads of places to eat nearby the hotel, i did appreciate this convenience. the staff interactions was professional and friendly, this made my arrival smooth.
the bathroom floor felt dangerously slippery when wet, i noticed no shower mat provided. the cleaning appear to be lack, with body hairs present on the shower tray, it wasnt pleasant.

The spacious, clean room featured comfortable beds, offering a restful night even though it was near the m1. i appreciated the available eating options next door, a very convenient amenity for travelers. parking proved easy and free. A relief to find s, i also noticed the well-kept nature walk and children's play area behind the hotel. it was a pleasant discovery.
I noticed the breakfast selection could offer a second cheaper option for those not fond of a cooked breakfast. It would accommodate more tastes.

the staff were polite and helpful! the room was immaculate and super well appointed. everything was well maintained. it was such a treat to experience such really good service and attention to detail, i was impressed!
The communal areas needed some attention. They were quite dirty with stains on the carpets. a more thorough cleaning would make a HUGE difference.

Check-in was fast and efficient with a friendly receptionist. The room was quite large and featured a very good shower room. I found the location convenient, just off the M1. Free parking was available, a real plus.
The hallway after the lift showed some marks on the carpet. It seemed a bit messy. This made me wonder about the room's condition.
