the staff were polite and helpful! the room was immaculate and super well appointed. everything was well maintained. it was such a treat to experience such really good service and attention to detail, i was impressed!
The communal areas needed some attention. They were quite dirty with stains on the carpets. a more thorough cleaning would make a HUGE difference.

i found comfy beds. the location is great near a busy motorway, yet the room was quiet. staff helped with directions to my event.
the room was not very clean upon arrival. sheets were dirty, and no towels were in the bathroom. i had to wait until after midnight to get fresh towels.

Check-in was fast and efficient with a friendly receptionist. The room was quite large and featured a very good shower room. I found the location convenient, just off the M1. Free parking was available, a real plus.
It seemed a bit messy. This made me wonder about the room's condition.
